Avid travelers who are looking for the next destination or who want to cross off entries on their bucket list, might be interested in the MasterCard Global Destination Cities Index for 2013. For the first time since the company launched the index in 2011, an Asian city, Bangkok, ranks No. 1 in the top 20, surpassing London by a very slim margin. Three cities -- Madrid, Frankfurt and Beijing - have dropped off the list, while Tokyo, Riyadh and Los Angeles have joined.
